The accessions legend described below refers to the accessions recorded from 2002 onwards.

- By default the records are ordered by the most recent year of accession but within the year they are in order of accession.
- It is possible to change the order of records by clicking on column headings (note: this only affects your view of the accession records). For example, the Accession year defaults to the most recent year first. Clicking on the column heading once will change the order to oldest first (e.g. 2002 first), Clicking on the column heading again will change the order to most recent year first (i.e. same as the default). The easiest way to understand how this works is go ahead and click on different column headings.
- It is also possible to search the accessions records.
- Information from 2002 & 2003 are transcriptions from print-outs so may contain inaccuracies.
The legend is known to contain discrepancies and missing keys and other issues. It is intended to revise the accessions records and legend to resolve these problems but, in the meantime, any use of the accessions information needs to take into account these problems.
|Acc. No.||Accession Number||This number is normally pencilled in the Blakeney Area Historical Society stamp which may be found at the front of the accession
If the accession number is followed by -D (e.g. 91-D) then it has been deleted (removed) and it is no longer an accession.
